Background
In the ever-advancing era of globalization, of course, the role of social media is so attached to everyday life. What we already know is that social media has negative impacts. Through a survey in the form of a questionnaire that has been conducted, one can find out the actual condition of the media from the viewpoints of several people. The target of this questionnaire is the younger generation because they are very attached to life on social media.
Purpose and benefits
Help with the views of some people on social media that can be used to evaluate themselves and the shortcomings of social media, provide views that can position ourselves against social media, changing our views on social media and adding insight.

From the questionnaire that was filled out by 56 people, it can be concluded that not all of them are active on social media. There are about 3 of them who are not active on social media, because maybe they are busy or look bad on social media.

Of the 56 people, 51.8% of them had encountered violence on social media, but 48.2% did not encounter or had never encountered violence on social media.
Explanation:
In the questionnaire questions that were asked next, there were around 2% of them who victims of social media violence were, and 3% of them who perpetrators of social media violence were.
5.4% of them consider social media not important in everyday life. They think, of course, there is a reason behind it.
In the last question, out of 56 answers 89.3% saw that social media was positive but 10.7% of them viewed social media negatively.
Conclusion
From the results we obtain, we can conclude that everyone certainly has their own views on social media. There are some people who view social media positively, and some who view it negatively. Apart from that, social media actually has positive and negative impacts. It's up to us to use it. Positive or negative effects from social media depend on how we use it and see social media itself.
