Reflection of Learning Material "Future Job"

1. The material presented was fun and easy to understand.

2. Changing the perspective about life in the future, where AI is currently a rival in the world of work.

3. The material we get makes us aware of technological advances that can threaten the future with the existence of AI.

4. Teach us to think critically and work hard so that we are not always slaves to technology and can make the most of technological advances to help achieve future goals.

ALASAN MEMEILIH ARSITEK DAN JURUSAN DPIB

Why an architect? Of course I would say, Why not an architect? Architects are often considered to have a job that only requires a lot of energy but doesn't pay as much as structural engineering (civil) and other jobs. Many of them think that there is no point in designing by going to an architect, even though architects not only think about the beauty of a building but also consider safety and comfort, which people rarely understand.

It's not a problem for me because there's an inherent sense of comfort between me and architects. In addition, there is a sense that architecture is my passion and talent. And that sense of comfort arises into a sense of pleasure in living it, which, of course, has a purpose and direction. In a world that continues to develop and advance, of course, it creates an increasing population. Of course, they need a place to live. It is not uncommon for those who cannot afford a decent home due to cost. In addition, the challenge that I have to face is when they (the residents) do not understand who and what an architect is. Those who have many dreams of having a dream house often have to be disappointed with reality and the assumption that architecture is expensive. That's where I want to help those who have dreams of building a house but are hindered by the cost. I will not build a house that does not take into account the strength of the structure because the price is cheap, but I will design a house that is sufficient, does not cost much, and prioritizes the safety of the structure.

I think architects are more flexible with technological advances. I don't think robots can completely take over the work of architects. AI designs with beauty, while architects not only think about beauty but also the safety and comfort of the occupants of the building. The emergence of AI does not make architects hate it, but many architects use AI to find design references. But, of course, the architects have determined safety and comfort first. As the world advances, we are inseparable from technological advances. If we reject technology, of course we will be considered old-fashioned (outdated) and never think modern. The existence of advanced technology such as VR, building scanning tools, BIM (Building Information Modeling), rendering, etc. makes it easier for architects to design and think about structural safety. This is one proof that architects cannot be separated from technology; in fact, they live hand in hand with technology so that they utilize it to help facilitate their work.

Several years ago, I came across a documentary called Abstract: The art of design and was so hooked by it that I ended up watching its entire 2 seasons within a night. The episode about how Instagram designers created new functions every now and then really had me at that time, therefore I decided to persuade mom and dad to support me following this passion. I did manage to convince them, as I am now a university student of Digital Product and will be working in the industry in a few years’ time.   This is such a demanding profession, as I know product designers will wear many hats – from user research and wireframing, all the way through to UX writing or even basic software development. I’d love to think this is a profession that straddles the line between an entrepreneur and an artist, embracing aspects of both realms.   Wonderful, isn’t it? As the designer for softwares, functions, and apps, I will be working and answering to the product manager, fleshing out the wireframe into a fully-fledged product. This type of work typically involves a mix of skills, ranging from programming to design thinking, which I hope to accumulate during my university years.   As promising as it may sound, this job can be challenging at times. I mean, in order to be successful in this field, surely each individual should be a genuine polymath because a digital product designer should be adept at a number of disciplines. This is very challenging to talk about Architect because this job is very fun and helps others realize their home dreams.

 

In short, I describe this job as a that refers to design and considers its structure.

The (flexibility) of  working hours is If the project is large, it takes a lot of time and requires overtime.

The promotion of carrier (future carrier ) can be through existing social media and of course utilizing technological advances.

The salary / wage / good paid 7% to 10% of RAB

The skills that (I) need have are designing both interior and exterior, organizing the room, lighting, structure and RAB


Well, in conclusion, this job is a job that refers more to design. in addition, this job utilizes technology and is not easily replaced by AI.

CERITA HARI INI...

Salam Pelajar Nusantara!! 

Selamat datang kembali di Blog ini. Sebelumnya saya sudah menceritakan sedikit pengalaman saya di Blog sebelumnya. Kali ini, saya ingin membahas PASKIBRA dalam kegiatan Akresi di sekolah saya, SMK NEGERI 4 SEMARANG. Seperti Apa, yuk simak cerita berikut dalam bahasa Inggris... 

AMAZING PERFORMANCE OF STATE DEFENSE PASKIBRA ACCRETION EVENT SMK NEGERI 4 SEMARANG

Friends are certainly familiar with the word "PASKIBRA". an extracurricular activity or association that leads to PBB (marching). Of course, each school has different extracurricular activities. There are many extracurricular activities that can be pursued. But Paskibra is an extracurricular activity that has never been devoid of enthusiasts. Many students are interested in PASKIBRA because the training is similar to military training, which upholds discipline, obedience, and compactness. But there are also those who are interested in PASKIBRA for the reason that they only want to be cool in the eyes of their friends. Indeed, it is not wrong, because being a paskibra troop is cool.

At SMK NEGERI 4 SEMARANG, PASKIBRA is one of the extracurricular activities that is not devoid of enthusiasts and is in great demand because many competitions and achievements are always achieved. PASKIBRA is better known as PASKIBRA BELA NEGARA. 

On Friday, July 17, 2023, PASKIBRA bela negara performed at the AKRESI event held at the ceremony field of SMK NEGERI 4 SEMARANG. They wore green shirts and lined up in a unique formation, accompanied by a chant. One of them was called a commando. His job is to organize and give his troops orders. A loud and firm voice characterizes the command of the state defense troops.

Many teachers and students flocked to see the Paskibra performance. Cool and extraordinary action was shown by the Paskibra troops. It seemed that the audience would not be disappointed by their performance. They performed a number of UN compactness actions, which were certainly very mesmerizing. The audience gave endless applause. Their hard training was not in vain. The sweat they put out yielded good, satisfying, and memorable results. So, no hard work is wasted. Today's sweat is for tomorrow.

kembali lagi di blog ini. Blog sebelumnya kita sudah mengenal beberapa jenis teks. Kali ini saya, Rahayu Dia Jayanti akan bercerita sedikit tentang pengalaman pribadi yang mungkin dapat diambil beberapa pelajaran untuk teman teman semua. Seperti apa pengalamannya, yuk simak berikut ini...

Jangan Pernah Tinggalkan shalat 5 Waktu

Selasa, 5 Juli 2022. Hari itu aku dan keluargaku pergi berlibur di pantai pengandaran, Jawa Barat. Rasa gembira dan hangat tentu menyelimuti perjalanan kami. Setelah beberapa jam perjalanan, akhirnya kami tiba di pantai indah itu. Aku bersama dengan adik adik pun bermain main riang dan penuh canda tawa. Kami berlarian sambil bermain dengan ombak. Hari yang penuh dengan kebahagian dan tak bisa dideskripsikan .

Tak terasa waktu terus berjalan. Sekitar pukul 15.00 WIB. kami meneruskan perjalanan menuju pantai selatan pengandaran. Tak jauh beda dengan pantai utaranya, namun di selatan terlihat lebih banyak orang dan turis yang berdatangan. Suasana pantai yang menyegarkan masih terasa apalagi ditemani orang orang Tersayang. 

Waktu itu kami melanjutkan bermain di pantai. Orang tua kami menawarkan untuk menaiki ATV yang disewakan di sana. Tentu pengalaman yang menyenangkan, aku bisa mengendarai ATV bersama dengan adik adikku. Sebelumnya,aku di Pandu oleh petugas penyewaan ATV tersebut. Langkah langkah dan petunjuk yang diberikan pun terdengar mudah. Setelah beberapa menit kemudian, aku siap untuk mengendarai ATV tersebut dan memboncengi adik adikku. Kami mengendaraiATV di bibir pantai dan terus menyusuri sembari melihat hamparan pasir dan hempuran ombak yang menggulung. Awalnya aku begitu kesulitan dan agak gugup mengendarai ATV tersebut, apalagi aku memboncengi adik adikku yang tentu harus menjaga keselamatan mereka. Sampai akhirnya aku merasa santai dan begitu terbiasa mengendarainya. Canda dan tawa menghiasi perjalanan kami mengendarai ATV. Adikku tak berhenti tertawa meledek aku yang sedang fokus mengendarai.

Tak terasa, ternyata kami pergi begitu jauh dari keramaian. Aku pun tak menyadari jika mengendarai begitu jauh dari tempat orang tua ku berada. Sampai sampai kami dibuat terkejut. Suasana sepi hening dan terlihat tumpukan batu batu karang yang menghambat laju kami. Awalnya kami begitu exited mendekati tumpukan batu itu, namun entah bagaimana tiba tiba adikku meminta untuk putar balik dan kembali ke keramaian. Memang disana tidak ada keramaian, aku hanya melihat 3 orang pemuda yang sedang berselfi di tepi pantai. Adikku yang awalnya ingin bermain main dan berfoto di tumpukan batu tersebut terus merengek meminta kembali ke tempat orang tua kami berada.
Aku yang tak tega melihat adikku seperti orang yang ketakutan pun tak bisa memaksa

Akhirnya aku kembali mengendarai ATV menuju orang tua kami. Namun takdir berkata lain, ditengah perjalanan tiba tiba ATV nya mogok. Adikku begitu panik dan tidak ada orang yang melihat kami. Aku berusaha menyalakan ATV sesuai ajaran pemandunya tersebut. Terus aku coba. Alhamdulillah setelah beberapa menit ATV kembali menyala. Aku dan adik adikku kembali melaju.

Tak berhenti sampai di situ. Ternyata kami kembali di uji. Saat aku memacu ATV dengan kecepatan yang lumayan tinggi, entah bagaimana dan apa yang terjadi. Tiba tiba angin kencang seakan berlari melewati kami. Aku terkejut, aku mendengar adikku berteriak. Sesaat itu juga aku kehilangan kendali. Tanganku tiba tiba lemas dan melepaskan gas ATVnya. Kendaraan itu pin melaju tanpa kendali menuju ombak yang datang pada kami. "Duassssshh". Suara ombak menghantam ATV yang tak terkendali tersebut. Untungnya kaki ku masih sempat dan sanggup menginjak rem kaki ATV tersebut. Aku tak sadar, terkejut dan bingung dengan kejadian tersebut. Seakan aku aku merasakan ada yang mendorong ATV nya masuk ke dalam jalur ombak. Aku benar benar terkejut. Terdengar suara adikku berteriak dan tertawa. Mereka masih bisa tertawa dan alhamdulillah tidak ada yang terluka. Tidak ada satupun orang yang melihat kami. Karena tempat itu begitu sepi dan jauh dari keramaian. Memang pantainya lebih bersih daripada pantai yang dipenuhi keramaian.
Aku kembali sadar dan melihat sekeliling yang ternyata posisi kami benar benar berada di jalan ombak. Sebelum ombak datang menghantam kami kembali, aku mengendarai ATV kembali menuju bibir pantai. saat itu aku masih merasa tenang. Lagi lagi ujian dan teguran menghampiri kami. 

Saat perjalanan pulang, tiba tiba ATV itu mogok. Kali ini benar benar mogok. Aku sudah berusaha dan semua cara sudah ku lakukan. Tapi ATV itu tidak mau menyala. Adikku panik dan benar benar panik. Karena posisi kami masih jauh dari tempat orang tua kami. Tapi ditempat itu, terlihat sudah ada beberapa orang disana yang sedang bermain ombak dan pasir.

Seorang pria paruh baya datang menghampiri kami dan menanyakan keadaan kami. Saat itu aku tidak mengatakan jika ATV nya mogok, aku hanya mengatakan jika kami sedang beristirahat . Aku hanya tidak mau membuat orang heboh dan ikut kesusahan. Aku bersama 2 adikku membagi tugas. Adikku yang pertama berpura pura selfi dan bermain pasir untuk menutupi keadaan kami yang memungkinkan memancing khalayak. Adikku yang kecil, berusaha menelepon orang tua kami. Aku tau orang tuaku pun sedang menikmati pantai, sampai sampai mereka lupa dengan handphone nya. Setelah beberapa kali ditelpon, akhirnya mereka mengangkat. Dengan panik adikku menceritakan keadaan kami yang sedang kesusahan menghidupkan ATV. Orang tuaku meminta petugas ATV itu untuk mencari keberadaan aku dan adik adik ku.
Sembari menunggu aku tetap berada diatas ATV dengan terus berusaha menghidupkannya. Aku melihat ke dua adikku bermain ombak. Sesaat itu aku mulai merenung dan memikirkan semua kejadian yang bertubi tubi menghampiri kami. Disaat itu juga aku menyadari, mungkin ini adalah teguran dari Tuhan karena aku belum melaksanakan shalat ashar. Allah mengingatkan aku untuk kembali mengingat NYA. Disaat itu, aku mengingat NYA kembali. Berdoa dan memohon bantuan. Sebenarnya aku heran dengan diriku kenapa Aku begitu tenang. Kenapa aku tidak panik setelah apa yang kami alami? Aku pun tak tau. Aku terus berusaha menyalakan ATV. Dan setelah lama sekali akhirnya ATV kembali hidup. Aku memanggil adik adikku untuk kembali melanjutkan perjalanan. Ternyata saat kami akan pergi, tiba tiba petugas ATV datang. Orang yang kami tunggu dari tadi. Setelah berbincang bincang, orang itu meminta ku untuk membawa ATV yang ia bawa. Tak banyak berfikir, aku menawa ATV tersebut dan kembali melaju. Di tengah jalan aku melihat adik adikku, memastikan tidak terluka dan aman. Tidak ada terdengar lagi canda dan tawa. Kami terdiam. Mungkin sama sama terkejut dan merenung. Sampai akhirnya adikku yang kecil berbicara.

"apa gara gara kita belum shalat ashar?".

Yap, mungkin ini teguran dari Allah. Sesampainya di tempat orang tua kami berada, kami memutuskan untuk kembali ke tepi mencari mushala. Memang di sana sulit mencari mushola. Alhamdulillah kami masih bisa di berikan kesempatan untuk beribadah kembali. Setelah kami mandi dan mengganti pakaian yeng terkena ombak dan pasir, kami bersama sama menuju mushola dan melaksanakan shalat.
Setelah itu kami pulang menuju rumah kami. Ternyata kami bermain dipantai begitu lama sekali. Dari pagi sampai petang. Di perjalanan pulang aku terus merenung dan belajar dari pengalaman buruk hari itu.

Kejadian tersebut mungkin sederhana, namun menjadi teguran untuk saya. Saya yakin, teman teman memiliki pengalaman masing masing yang dapat kita diambil pelajaran nya.

ANALYTICAL TEXT

1. Definition 

Analytical text is a type of text that contains an opinion that informs readers about the discussion related to a phenomenon or issue. 

2. Generic structure 

1. Thesis

Introduces the topic and shows the author's point of view. 

2. Argument 

Describes arguments to support the author's position. 

3. Reiteration

Restates the author's point of view / to reinforce the thesis. We can use the following phrases to make a conclusion in reiteration.

3. Purpose 

a. Provides information of a phenomenon

b. Convinces the reader because there is an opinion

c. Text that contains facts

d. Provides education

e. A place to have an opinion

4. Language features of analytical text

1. Focus on generic human and non-human participants.

2. Use mental processes. It is used to state what the writer or speaker thinks or feels about something. For example: realize, feel, etc.

3. Use material processes. It is used to state what happens. For example: pollute, grab, write, etc.

4. Use of simple present tense. 

5. Subject + is / am / are + Object + Adverb

6. Subject + Verb 1 s/ es + Object + Adverb

Use of relational processes. The act of being, having, or becoming. For examples: is, has/have, become.

1. Use of internal conjunction to state argument. For example: in addition, moreover, then, alternatively, at first, finally.

Analytical Text Social Media

Social media is a digital platform for conducting social activities for its users. In using social media, of course, users are faced with various sophisticated and modern features, so that they can easily access and search for various data and information on a global scale. Of course, this is often misused for negative purposes. Social media is synonymous with students. It seems rare to find students who do not use social media, even elementary school children are familiar with social media. This is where parents must actively control the use of social media by their underage children so that they do not become victims of social media.

According to a survey I conducted on January 22, 2023, regarding the use of social media by students, all students are active on social media. 51.8% of them often find violence on social media. Of course, this is what qualifies social media as negative media.Violence is often found in cases such as bullying and judging someone. Some of them also claimed to have been the perpetrators of bullying on social media for reasons of dislike for someone. It seems like it has become normal for violence to occur on social media. And it is common to find cases of violence that occur on social media.
On the one hand, there are also those who think that social media also has a positive impact on human life. If used and utilized properly, it will become a convenience. For instance, in online tradingIt is often found that many students take advantage of social media by offering and promoting their merchandise through it. Kuisioner merupakan bagian dari metode mengumpulkan data dari survey. Untuk lebih jelasnya, yuk simak penjelasan berikut mengenai pengertian,fungsi,jenis dan contoh dari kuisioner.

    Is a method or technique for collecting data from the questions asked.

2. Function

• Knowing the attitudes of the respondents

          A reserche questionneeaire that gives respondents the opportunity to write their

school positively. Most of them think that school is a fun place to study and full of jokes and
laughter all the time. This needs to be maintained from the role of the school. Which makes
the place for students to work and study. But one side, some of them think that school is not
fun. The reason is because their friends are annoying, their teachers are not respectful and
understanding, and the many assignments and demands from school. This is the reason why
many students skip school. If many students skip classes, it should be used as material for
introspection for all of us, including the teachers who teach. In fact, school is a place to study
